Youth Counselling

a space just for you.

Growing up can be complicated, and everyone needs support now and then. Whether you’re dealing with stress at school, challenges with friends or family, or just big emotions that feel hard to handle, therapy can be place to work things out. Here, you can be yourself without judgment. My goal is to help you understand what you’re feeling, learn new ways to handle tough situations, and discover your own strengths. Through conversation, creative activities, and practical tools, we’ll work together to make life a little easier and help you feel more confident. Therapy is your time to feel heard, supported, and understood. And have some fun while doing so!

Child & Youth Counselling (6-17)

My youth counselling approach focuses on creating comfort for kids and teens aged 6-17, using fun and creative ways to help them process and cope with life's challenges. I want to make sure youth have a safe and friendly space to express their feelings and learn to handle tough situations.

Parent/Caregiver Consultation

Discuss behavioural and emotional challenges during a parent/caregiver consultation. I offer space to talk about your concerns and develop tools to encourage mental wellness for your child outside of therapy. These sessions can be booked in complement to your child's therapy or in replacement of (for younger children).

*I kindly ask that children do not attend this session unless otherwise discussed.

All brains, bodies, and identities

are welcome.

I am grateful to grow, learn, and support healing on the traditional lands of the Treaty 7 Nations, including the Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksika, Piikani, and Kainai), the Tsuut’ina Nation, and the Îyâxe Nakoda Nations. I also recognize the Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3. I honour the wisdom, strength, and contributions of Indigenous peoples and am committed to fostering a space of respect, learning, and connection.
