Meeting in person allows for deeper engagement, a sense of presence, and the comfort of sharing space. Whether you’re navigating stress, relationships, or mental health challenges, I hope to provide a safe, supportive environment where youth, young adults, and the young at heart feel seen and heard.

I take an eclectic approach to treatment that is holistic, anti-oppressive, and strength based. I believe in incorporating creative and compassionate approaches into my clinical work and does so by utilizing play therapy techniques, elements of cognitive behavioural therapy, solutions focused therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness strategies.
